About this website
SOFI — South of Fenwick Island is an independently operated community-information website primarily serving northern Ocean City, Maryland, including Caine Woods. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Town of Ocean City, any government agency, or any community association.
The primary website address is https://sofioc.org. The alternate domain https://sofioc.com is intended to redirect to the primary website.
Information and accuracy
Content is intended for general information only. Although we seek to be helpful and accurate, we do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free. Confirm important details directly with the relevant business, government agency, property professional, or other source.
Local business directory and sponsorship
Business listings are selected editorially, are not exhaustive, and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees. Inclusion or omission does not imply a judgment regarding a business’s qualifications or services.
This website is sponsored by Fenwick HVAC, whose business interests may affect directory selection. Sponsorship is disclosed so visitors can evaluate the directory accordingly.
Real estate and outside websites
Real estate links lead to third-party services. Listings, geographic filters, availability, and asking prices are controlled by those services, may change, and may extend beyond the SOFI neighborhood. The website does not represent buyers or sellers or verify real estate license status.
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or operation.
Original content and photographs
Unless otherwise noted, original site text, design, and photographs are the property of their respective owners and may not be republished without permission. Trademarks and business names belong to their owners.
Free SOFI stickers
Stickers and standard postage are offered free while supplies last, at the operator’s discretion. We may limit quantities, reject duplicate or suspicious requests, or stop the offer at any time. Requests are not accepted until the submission form has been activated.
Each mailing includes printed information from site sponsor Fenwick HVAC. Name, mailing address, and quantity are used to fulfill the request and are deleted from operator-controlled request and fulfillment records after processing and mailing, except if legally required to be retained. Temporary service-provider backups and security logs may have separate retention periods. Providing a postal address for sticker delivery does not itself authorize email or text marketing.
Use of the site and liability
Use this site lawfully and at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator disclaims warranties and liability for loss arising from reliance on site information or third-party links. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the website evolves. Questions or corrections: admin@sofioc.org.
